Fitzhugh Consulting Group, LLC ('the Company') provides digital product strategy and AI-driven marketing solutions. While we strive for accuracy, our services and AI agents are provided 'as-is.' The Company is not responsible for any probabilistic errors made by AI models or for the specific financial performance of the Client’s business.

2. Intellectual Property (The "Moat")

All strategies, digital products, PDF guides, and AI configurations provided are the intellectual property of Fitzhugh Consulting Group. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for internal use only and may not resell or redistribute our proprietary frameworks.

3. SMS Terms

Mobile Terms of Service:

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and support text messages from Fitzu Marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
